Overview

Jill Hastings began her career as an adjuster for an insurance company. During her time in the insurance industry, she benefited from extensive training and education on proper claims handling practices and procedures. She investigated coverage issues, evaluated losses and negotiated property damage and bodily injury claim settlements. After a short period, she was promoted to senior level adjuster, which enabled her to handle large losses and fatality claims. Ms. Hastings also conducted monthly intra-office audits to ensure compliance and was frequently recognized within her CSC for excellent claims handling.

In 2007, Ms. Hastings proudly joined the personal injury department of Alcock & Associates. The knowledge she obtained in the insurance company gave her the unique ability to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the industry as a whole. Ms. Hastings' prior experience is a valuable asset to the clients she serves.

The personal injury department handles an array of civil matters including auto and trucking accidents, premises liability and wrongful death actions.
