Our Attorneys handle cases all over the state of Arizona.  Here is a list of some of the courts that we frequently appear in. Please note that some of the courts are of limited jurisdiction.  This means that some jurisdictions only handle misdemeanor cases.  Other courts, such as the Madison Street DUI Court only handles specific types of cases.  In the case of Madison Street, that court only hears Aggravated DUI cases.

The following is a list of courts that regularly hear Criminal Defense, DUI, and Accident Injury cases. Every court has significantly different policies and procedures. Some courts set many court dates all at exactly the same time. Other courts manage their calendars in a way that requires people to appear exactly on time.

SUPERIOR COURT For Maricopa County:

Superior Court Judges hear mostly felony cases and personal injury tort matters.  Criminal charges include felony DUI, Aggravated DUI, Homicide, Felony Assaut, Theft, Kidnapping, Arson, Burglary, Dangerous Drugs for Sale, Narcotic Drugs for sale and Possesion of Drugs for personal use.  If you have to go to Superior Court for a criminal matter, you may be directed to the downtown Phoenix location or the Mesa Court.  However, please note that the Mesa facility only handles preliminary matters.  Most felony trials are held in downtown Phoenix.
