Maricopa County Superior Court is located at 201 W. Jefferson St. in Phoenix, Arizona. For those charged with felony crimes, most will have their cases heard here. Superior Court handles all types of felony charges, from simple drug possession to homicide cases.
The RCC, or regional court center is located in the basement of the Central Court Tower. Arraignments are heard on the eighth floor of the East Court Building. There is another Maricopa County Superior Court located at 222 E. Javelina in Mesa. That court handles preliminary hearings and arraignments. Once a case is set to trial it usually gets shipped to Phoenix.
