I applaud what these DUI attorneys are trying to do. There is no way is it going to work. I think that Arizona is a tough on crime, tough on DUI state. The odds the population will rise up and demand jury trials for DUI cases in Az are slim. The fact that criminal defense attorneys are leading the charge make their odds supermodel skinny, to be exact.
