Overview
Jordan Clegg is passionate about helping people enjoy the liberties and opportunities available in the United States . Having lived abroad in Chile for two years, Mr. Clegg has an appreciation for Hispanic culture and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
During law school, Mr. Clegg volunteered as a summer extern at the Department of Homeland Security in the Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Office of the Chief Counsel located in Phoenix . As an extern, Mr. Clegg gained valuable experience working on numerous immigration cases. He now energetically defends people facing deportation in immigration courts located in Phoenix , Florence , and Eloy.
Mr. Clegg graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While in Nebraska , he clerked for the Lancaster County Public Defender’s Office where he vigorously defended the rights of people accused of felonies. Since law school, Mr. Clegg returned to Arizona , his native state, where he devotes his practice to assisting clients with their immigration cases.
