Overview
Kristin Stewart specializes in the defense of those charged with misdemeanor offenses. She comes to Alcock & Associates after working four years as a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Ms. Stewart has experience handling a variety of cases – from misdemeanors to felony trials. This experience allowed her to establish relationships with criminal defense lawyers, prosecutors and judges throughout Arizona. Ms. Stewart is committed to aggressively defending her clients.
Ms. Stewart is a graduate of Creighton University School of Law and Brigham Young University. During law school she interned at the Clark County Public Defender’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office.
