Overview:
Stacey Feldman is the firm’s Managing Attorney. As the Managing Attorney, Ms. Feldman oversees all law office operations including case assignment, case staffing, hiring, supervision and professional development of the lawyers and office staff, client development, and financial matters.
Before entering private practice, Ms. Feldman was felony prosecutor with Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Ms. Feldman handled an extensive variety of felony cases, from simple drug possession cases to dangerous cases.
Ms. Feldman has also worked as a law clerk at the Arizona Supreme Court in the Governmental Affairs/Executive Division analyzing a variety of statewide legal issues, in addition to assisting with lobbying efforts for the state’s courts.
