Justin A. Hall is an experienced criminal defense attorney handling misdemeanor cases in the East Valley of Arizona. He is strategic and secures favorable outcomes for his clients based on his knowledge of the law, passion to defend those in need of representation and reputation amongst prosecutors. Prior to joining Alcock and Associates, Mr. Hall worked at the Office of the Public Advocate and represented clients in the mental health system. He is an experienced trial attorney and has conducted well over 200 bench trials in mental health court.

Before relocating to Arizona in 2019, Mr. Hall owned and operated a criminal defense law practice in San Diego, California. He also interned with the Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc. defending those charged with federal crimes, and the California Innocence project helping those wrongfully convicted of a crime be exonerated and released from prison.
Mr. Hall earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California as a Criminal Law Fellow. He was awarded Honor Roll and the Jefferson Medal in recognition of academic excellence. To certify his passion for trial advocacy, he developed fundamental and strategic techniques early on as a top competitor on the National Mock Trial Team – later becoming an assistant coach for the team. Before attending law school, Mr. Hall attended and graduated from Arizona State University receiving a bachelors degree in business and communications.
