BIOGRAPHY
Raymond Arvizu is a dedicated immigration attorney representing clients nationwide in matters including family and victim-based petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, waivers, deportation defense, and immigration appeals. He has successfully advocated for clients before USCIS, immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has likewise prepared compelling legal arguments before the Eighth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Raymond earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law. He began his career as a congressional aide to Rep. Raúl Grijalva, assisting asylum seekers, survivors of violence, and immigrant workers. This early experience shaped his deep commitment to community-based immigration advocacy.
Now based in Minnesota, Raymond is known for his clear communication, compassionate representation, and strategic approach to complex cases. He remains active in the local legal community and continuously engages in professional development to stay current with rapidly changing immigration policies.
