LA COUNTY TO CHARGE $1000 FOR THROWING A FRISBEE ON THE BEACH: ATTORNEYS NEED TO SUE!

OK, this story is ridiculous. LA county has approved plans to fine people $1000 for throwing a frisbee or football on the beach. You also can’t dig a hole deeper than 18 inches.

Some attorney needs to sue. Now. This is a bridge too far. The whole point of going to the beach is to throw frisbees and dig holes. I’m serious. That was me 30 years ago. I brought two things to the beach. A bucket and a frisbee.

To think that this is where we are as a society. No fun. Everything is hyper-regulated. Everything is taxed to the hilt. And I’m a Democrat. God help us all.

An attorney needs to sue today. I’m not kidding. There are about 180,000 lawyers in California. I’m sure that about 50,000 of them brought buckets and frisbees to the beach. One of them needs to care enough to get their asses in to court. This is about civil rights. I’m fired up.

I promise to send a couple of really nice Wham-Os and a beach blanket to the first attorney to step up to the plate and sue these bastards.
